This is where I share tips, motivation and encouragement to help you on your weight-loss journey. I can definitely tell you now that YOU CAN DO IT! You can reach your weight-loss goal once and for all! Everything I share here, I have learned from my very own experience. I have been struggling with obesity and weight-gain for 18 years. So please give me the chance to help you.

I know how real and how hard this struggle is. I know what it does to our self-esteem. I know and understand how you feel each time you walk out the door to go shopping or just go out with friends. I understand the frustration of clothes not fitting properly or how painful it is when you see beautiful clothes but they don’t come in your size.

In 2014 I reached the point where I just couldn’t take it anymore. The joint pain, the inflammation, the warnings from my doctor that if I don’t do something about my weight, type 2 Diabetes is the next battle I will face and of course all the terrible sleeps every night as a result of being too heavy and terrible joint pain.

So I set out to change my life and reach my desired weight so that I can feel healthy & energetic, get rid of the inflammation and the joint pain and of course prevent type 2 Diabetes. It took me 15 months to lose 77 pounds (35kg) and I wrote about my journey so that if I ever lose my way again, I can go back to my strategy as well as my ‘WHY’. I also decided to write about my journey and experience so that I can leave it to my children as a legacy from me when I am no longer here.
